Blog Design Process

Step 1 - Contact me to get the next available design date (submit $15 deposit fee)
Step 2 - Do your design homework.  Click Here!
Step 3 - I will contact you a few days before we get started to remind you to complete your homework.
Step 4 - Send me your ideas on our start date or before.  (If I don't hear from you within 24 hours of our start date, you will lose your design spot.)
Step 5 - I will create your header incorporating as many of your ideas as I can and send it to you.  You will tell me likes, dislikes, things to change, things to try etc..  and we will tweak and tweak until we get it just right!
Step 6 - Once we get the header and background lined out, the rest will come together quickly.  I will continue to get your input with every blog element, so that together, we create a design that is perfect for you.
Step 7 - When the design is complete and approved by you, I will send you an invoice through Paypal.  Once payment is received, I will transfer the design to you or load it into an already established blogger account, and send you the back up files.
Step 8 - I will add your design (and hopefully a positive word or two from you :) to my portfolio page.

Navigating the "C's" of Blog Design

Communication:
During the design process please be sure to check your email often.  In an effort to create a design that you will love, I will be contacting you frequently with questions and samples.  I ask that you respond within 24 hours so that we can complete your design in a timely manner and before I am scheduled to begin a new design.

Clipart:
Before we are able to incorporate any clip art into your design, I must first check the artist's terms of use to make sure that commercial permission (for blog designs) is allowed.  If clip art must be purchased for your design, this amount will be added to  your final design price.

Credits & Terms of Use:
Credit links will be placed at the bottom of your blog and may not be removed.  Please do not make any changes to your blog without my permission.  This includes changing fonts, colors, clipart and/or any element of the design.  This is due to the fact that my name and brand are associated with every aspect of your design.  I would be more than happy to help you with any minor or major changes you would like to make, so don't hesitate to contact me!

Changes:
If you decide you would like to make changes to your blog after it has been transferred over to you, I will be happy to help you, but additional charges will apply.  I will  provide you with a quote for the work you would like done as well as a design date (based on my next opening).

Corrections:
If you notice anything on your blog that is not working properly, PLEASE contact me and I will do my best to fix it.
